Te Rau Puriri is a 247 hectare property at South Head on the South Kaipara Peninsula. It is an hour’s drive from west Auckland and about 80 minutes from central Auckland. The latest addition to the Auckland Regional Council parks, it is currently operating as a farm, with extensive walking tracks and includes Lake Ototoa which is the best fresh water lake in the Auckland district
